Hello everyone! I haven't checked in for a while. I have been teaching summer school for the last three weeks and start in service this week. Needless to say I have been pretty busy. I also tested a new eggless cookie recipe this weekend while a friend was over. She has an egg allergy so it is always a challenge to find sweet treats that she can indulge in. These turned out PERFECT! They are going to be my go to double chocolate recipe!
